Kyle is training in Champaign, IL for 4 weeks for management of our first Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwich Shop that we are opening in June in Jefferson City. He will then go to Atlanta, GA to train in an actual store. Since our store will be the first in Missouri to have the new computer system he needs to train in one that also has the same system.
Kyle will be graduating from Columbia College this year with an accounting degree and who would of thought that he'd want to be a "Sandwich King". Since the stock market stinks Kyle is our new retirement plan!!
Debbie K said it was time to update and all I can show and tell is that we had a good time with friends last weekend. Brenda and Reggie finally came to see us and we went over to their place for breakfast on Sunday and it was like old times. We had a good time playing Wii.
Seeing Lauren was definitely worth the long drive and snow we encountered. I love seeing her smiles and hearing her squeal. Be sure and listen to the video below.
Dinner and friends were fabulous as usual. Crab legs, salad, scalloped potatoes, chocolate covered strawberries, and lots of wine for the menu. We love you Rich & Debbie!!
I left 60 degree weather for this! Nothing could stop Debbie K and me from shopping and taking her to get her botox. We also had a great lunch with Chad at Jams.
Spending Valentine's Day with Lauren is the highlight of our weekend in Omaha. She's definitely a sweet"heart"!
