I had the best birthday week ending with my new Infiniti that Terry bought me. Actually I made the deal myself in St. Louis while I was spending a fun Girlfriend week in St. Louis and Terry was nice enough to drive my BMW Z4 over to make the trade on Friday. What a guy!!
In Shanghai at the Pearl Market and it was fun!! They actually make the jewelry for you after you pick out the quality of pearls you want. 
Kat, my translator and I spent the day exploring and this is at the expo which is the view out of Terry's office window. The flowers were gorgeous in Nanning but since everything is concrete so they are in pots.
Kat, my translator and I went to the market and she was helping me buy a jade bracelet.
We took in the fresh market and this was the better part of it as there was everything, and I mean everything there.

We had dinner out at a place that you cook your meat and vegetables in a hotpot that is in the middle of the table. We had beef, goat, and lamb plus a lot of good wine.
We had such a great time in Chicago to watch Kyle run his first marathon. We were able to see him in four different spots and at the finish. Terry, myself, his friend Karma, and my sister Robin were there to cheer him on.
Terry had this crazy idea, let's go to the west coast on a harley. Well, shortly after that George & Bernie had an unfortunate accident so he decided we'd do the next best thing, let's take the Z4. By the way the BMW is for sale!!
I used RK's favorite word on this leg of the trip, how f____g long is this road? Utah and Neveda went on & on!!
We had to stop and have lunch at RK's favorite place, Giovannis!
This stop was by far my most favorite!! Terry let me stay two nights so I took advantage of spa treatments, good food and wine.
Rubicon Winery was one of my favorites.
Terry had to go back to Silver Oaks as the last time we were there they were rebuilding from a fire so we wanted to see their new winery and it was worth the stop. 
My older sister Joy and her family live in Santa Cruz where we enjoyed a few days with them.
Rich, Joy, Ashley, and Taylor showed us the Redwoods which was on our to see list.

We drove through Pebble Beach and had lunch at the golf course before driving down Big Sur.
Our last leg of the trip was down the Big Sur where we stayed in Cambria at Whaler's Inn that overlooked the ocean. We then hit the road for the endless trip back with a stop in Stillwater, OK to check out the sight for our next Jimmy John's.
It was such a fun weekend with lots of pool time, holding Evan, and playing with Lauren.

Okay, so there's not much to report other than a fun-filled weekend of dining and drinking with The Kusleika's so I'll fill you in on my new wine glasses for the pool as the condo police is always looking for glass! 
We had the best time in Omaha playing with Lauren and holding Evan. It was a fun weekend with Chad & Alecia and we're looking forward to the next visit.
We had a great time with the Kusleikas' as usual and Terry has a new favorite restaurant, Vincenzos, in Omaha. Thanks RK & DK for the hospitality!!
We are excited about our new grandson, Evan Michael that was born July 6, 2010. Evan weighed 7 lbs. 1 oz. and is beautiful of course!
